  • How do I select items to purchase?
    As you browse through Global Figures Online Store, click on the "add to shopping cart" button next to the items that you wish to purchase.   • How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
    Click the "remove" check box to remove that item from your cart. You may also change the quantity from your shopping cart.
  • How do I pay for my merchandise?
    We accept Paypal only. If you do not own a PayPal account, please visit PayPal website and create one.It is a safest way to trade online using PayPal.   • Global Figures return policy.
    Global Figures DO NOT accepts returns. If package arrived in damaged condition , please read the next question.
  • What should i do if my package arrived in a damaged condition?
    DO NOT ACCEPT A PACKAGE IN DAMAGED CONDITION. By signing and/or accepting the package, you are thereby affirming that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory.Once you've signed and accepted the package, Global Figures are no longer responsibles for any loss or damages. If it so happens that nobody is home to accept the package and it is simply left at the door, call up the shipper immediately, and notify them of damage to the package (if you would not have normally accepted it), and they should come around to pick it up. Notify Global Figures through our email:contactglobalfigures@gmail.com with the photos of the damaged package that you've refused in the delivery and why (ie, damaged goods), and request a reshipment/replacement. If you've refused to accept it,your local post office will return the package to us.You doesn't have to pay a single penny to return the pacakge as long as you follow this basic procedure, you should not have to worry about it. When you request that a package be sent back for reshipment/replacement, if it so happens that the figures are no longer available , We will offer a comparable product, offer to put your order on backorder, or offer to give you a refund.
  • What is a preorder?
    An order for a product placed before it is available for purchase.Preorder your figures earlier will save you a lot than order it after it has released in the market.
  • What is a flash deal?
    A flash sale is a discount or promotion offered by Global Figures for a short period of time with limited quantity.
  • About our free shipping services to worldwide.
    Global Figures offered FREE SHIPPING to worldwide.Here is our shipping method. All purchase below $199 or below 39.5cm x 27.5cm x 23cm box size will be shipped by Registered Airmail for small packet with tracking code. Shipping time frame to most countries:7-14 days (Excluded custom clearance) Kindly take note, If you live in country like Italy/Mexico/France/Philiphines or you feel that you're lack of confidents with your local post, please upgrade the shipping service to Registered Parcel Post with tracking code .Upgrading fees would be from $5 depending on the package size. All Purchase above $199 or larger than 39.5cm x 27.5cm x 23cm box size will be shipped by Registered Parcel Post with tracking code. Shipping time frame to most countries:7-14 days (Excluded custom clearance) We do not offer SAL(ground shipping) because it takes a long time to reach customers.
  • How to track my package online?
    Kindly proceed to Taiwan Chunghwa Post at http://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/main_mail.html?targetTxn=EB500100 Once package has shipped out of Taiwan, you may track and trace it at your local post website. For Registered Airmail Small Packet With Tracking Code If you lived in USA/UK/Canada/Australia/Holland/Italy/Russia/Denmark/South Africa/Korea , Your country no longer providing online tracking service on your local website.If you did not receive your package within 21 days,kindly contact us with your tracking code,we will fill up an inquiry form at our local post to track your package.Tracking a package may take us 30-50 days.If package were lost in transit,we will offer full refund or we will send you another package. For above countries ,you may upgrade the shipping service to Registered Parcel Post With Tracking Code with additional fees from $5 depending on box size.
